A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your booking and is to be paid within 48 hours of invoicing.

Bookings are not secure until this deposit has been processed.

Bubble House Adelaide hold Public Liability Insurance to the value of $20million.

Staff hold current Police & Working With Children Checks for piece of mind.

SafeWork SA recommendations are met & exceeded.

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HIRER TO ENSURE THE EVENT SPACE IS APPROPRIATELY SIZED FOR THE BUBBLE HOUSE.

ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY FOR THE FOLLOWING:

Additional travel, calculated per km.

Generator hire, where no power supply is available.

Hire outside of our ordinary hours of trading: 9am - 5pm.

Hire on public holidays, please note this applies for days that fall the day before and after public holidays.

Hire on council/public property/land or those that require an attendant to remain onsite for the duration of the event.

NOTE

Bubble House Adelaide do not facilitate set up or pack down during events, for this reason a suitable package should be selected when considering duration of hire, to ensure clear and safe access can be accommodated without disrupting your event.

All children and attendees must be kept clear during set up and pack down, this is to ensure safety and to prevent delays to our schedule.

The event space must be kept clear until the designated start time of hire or we have confirmed completion.

Additional time scheduled at the end of set up is dedicated to obtaining content of your set up, for privacy and safety reasons all children and attendees must be clear of the event space to ensure not to be in any photos and videos taken, unless otherwise agreed upon.
