    When setup is complete and balloons leave our hands, there are a few things for you to consider and be aware of:

    Balloons are balloons and can sometimes pop for no reason, particularly in heat!

    Adult supervision is required at all time.

    Popped balloons pose a choking hazard and should be removed and disposed of immediately.

    Things such as climate and sudden temperature changes can affect your balloons, this is beyond our control and for this reason our recommendation is to select an event space indoors, undercover or in the shade where temperature can be better regulated.

    If balloons get too hot, they may expand and pop. If they get to cold, they may shrink and begin to deflate.

    Bubble House Adelaide puts you and your guests safety first and foremost. We are covered by Public Liability Insurance to the value of $20million. This means, unlike other companies we are able to take bookings for operation on public and council property!

    We’re not an overnight pop-up business; a lot of time, effort, planning and care has gone into our business, ensuring the safe and smooth operation of your event. We meet and exceed all SafeWork SA recommendations and hold current working with children checks for your peace of mind.

    All of our equipment is cleaned and safety inspected before and after every event. Delivery, set up, pack down and collection is all completed by us to ensure to not add any extra stress to you on the day of your event!

    Our dome is also the biggest & only of its kind in Adelaide, we’re the first in Adelaide and strive for nothing but the best service.

  • What is your hot weather policies ?

    It is important to note that the Bubble House, even on cool days does and will warm up quickly, particularly when setup in direct sun.

    We always recommend setup to be located in a shaded spot to minimise heat in the dome, on days with a warm forecast this is a must!

    All children, specifically those inside the dome should be closely monitored, we encourage setting timed intervals for children to ensure they don’t remain in excessive heat for extended periods of time and of ensuring everyone remains well hydrated.

    There may be cases where excessive forecast force us to withdraw hire, only where no indoor backup location has been provided. In this case, the booking deposit paid is credited to a future booking with us. We monitor weather closely and withdrawal of hire is our last resort however sometimes necessary for the wellbeing and safety of everyone involved.

  • Where are you located and do you deliver ?

    Bubble House Adelaide is based out of Adelaide’s South.

    We travel to and service all of Adelaide, with free delivery included with hire for areas within a 20km radius of Flagstaff Hill, 5159 SA.

    For areas located outside this radius, delivery fees may apply and are calculated based on location, please contact us for any delivery fee enquiries and estimates.

  • How much space do I need ?

    Dimensions of the Bubble House include a 4 metre diameter dome, 2 metre tunnel and height of 3.2 metres.

    To ensure safety and function of our Bubble House, you will require a minimum floor space of 6 x 8 metres and minimum height of 3.3 metres.

  • What is your wet weather and wind policies ?

    Sunshine is not always guaranteed, so in the best interest of your event we recommend having a backup location indoors or undercover where we can proceed as planned with equipment hire if weather is not permitting. Kindly note that rain and excessive wind policies apply for safety.

    In the event where no indoor backup location has been provided and outdoor set up is not possible due to high forecast winds and/or rain, the booking deposit paid is credited to a future booking with us.

  • How far in advance should I book ?

    Bubble House Adelaide work on a first come, first served basis, meaning booking in advance is always recommended to secure your desired date and avoid disappointment.

    Kindly note that your booking is not secured until your deposit has been received.

  • Do I need to clean the Bubble House ?

    Cleaning and removal of internal balloons is all included in the cost of your hire and done by staff upon collection.

    If equipment is unclean beyond what is to be expected (small debris & minor easy clean marks) upon collection of the equipment, an additional cleaning fee will be invoiced and must be paid within 48 hours. This may include but is not limited to excessive sticky hand prints, sunscreen, dirt, mud and marks.

  • How many people can be inside at once ?

    We have a 6 person limit inside the Bubble House at any given time to promote safety and adequate air flow.

    Remember, less people = better balloon circulation!

    *Laying on the floor and blocking air flow will result in lack of balloon movement.
